By using LittleEva.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.

Products & custom orders

We sell handcrafted and made-to-order items including custom designed bags. Colours, materials, and dimensions shown online may vary slightly due to handmade production. Custom designs submitted via our designer tool are reviewed by our team before production; we may contact you for clarification.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be completed as instructed at checkout before we begin custom work, where applicable.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times depend on product type, customisation, and your location in India. Estimated timelines are communicated at order confirmation and are not guaranteed in cases of events outside our reasonable control.

Returns

Standard return policies apply to eligible ready-made items as described on product pages and at checkout. Custom-made and personalised items (including custom bag designs) are generally non-returnable unless defective or not as agreed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for quality concerns.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and tooling belong to LittleEva.in. You retain rights to designs you create; you grant us a licence to use submitted designs solely to fulfil your order.
